How long will my delivery take?

All orders are sent fully tracked with royal mail within 2-3 business days.
I want to return my order?
If you wish to return your order, please contact our after care team on info@silkharmony.co.uk in which they can raise a return ticket.
As long as the product you are returning is unused and in the same condition it was received in then you are eligible for a refund under our money back guarantee.
How long can you offer a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your order has been received and signed for, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
What is the returns process?
1. Please email our after-care team at info@silkharmony.co.uk or via our contact sheet on our website.
2. Once a return ticket has been raised, please follow the instructions given in posting your order back to us.
3. Please use a recorded service and again email over a copy of the receipt, as we commonly use Royal Mail, we encourage our customers to do the same.
4. Once the order is received and inspected if all terms are met, we will complete the refunds. Please note funds usually take up to 3 business days to show in chosen payment method.
